The floor tiles are pre fired\nand ready for use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Short installation time and long lifetime gives you a good total economy\nfor your industrial floor. The tiles are burned to 800 \u00b0C to achieve the good\nabrasion value of 2,4 cm<sup>3<\/sup>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Easy Installation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tiles can be installed directly on concrete floors. Tiles are\navailable in size 400x400x50mm. Other sizes can be special ordered. Each plate\nis about 20 kg and can easily be installed by hand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"runners\">Runners \/ launders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00f6gan\u00e4s Borgestad provides design\nsolutions that give high thermal-shock resistance, no thermal dilation and low\nthermal conductivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ladles_crusibles\">Transport ladles \/ crusibles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lining the ladle that transports aluminum\nfrom the cathode pot to the holding furnace presents many challenges. Our\nrecommended solution is based on self-flowing castable H\u00f6gan\u00e4s Flow LC 75 AL.\nThese are specially developed for the aluminum industry, which offers a number\nof advantages like non-wetting properties, high strength against mechanical\nwear and low porosity.
